This past weekend brought an insane two day lineup for Camp Flog Gnaw, the seven year old festival helmed by Tyler, the Creator and produced by the events company. One of the only outdoor festivals in the middle of November, the show lined up a range of legacy acts and stars on the rise. The production was said to be both impressive and immersive- with flashing neon lights strobing throughout the main stages of the Dodger Stadium parking lots.

The festival grew alongside Odd Future, although throughout the yerars the group loosened its grip on the line up. This year, the two day festival featured a range of rap, R&B, and pop artists, both on the rise and already on top. Names include Kali Uchis, Pusha T, and SZA.

Acts like Rex Orange County and Brockhampton, who adopted Odd Future’s technique into their growth and earnestness for the next sub generation of kids. Probably the most notable performance was Kanye West and Kid Cudi’s set as Kids See Ghosts, which closed out the festival on Sunday night.
