    Kim Harris is a serial entrepreneur and culture-based recruiting expert who partners with Fortune 500 Companies, executives, solopreneurs and career seekers to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. After spending nearly, a decade working in staffing, workforce development, and marketing for multimillion-dollar brands, Kim founded the Career Center of the Carolinas, L.L.C., a service event company that produces career fairs and hiring events for multiple employers, some more general in nature and others for targeted industries involving a specific applicant pool.

    Since its opening in 2015, the company has held more than 120 career-related events and placed over 600 people back to work.

    Kim is also the owner of Carolina Career Guide, L.L.C., a monthly career guide that focuses on career-related topics. She is also the owner of Signature – Blue, an exclusive event venue opening in the spring of 2019 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Kim’s dedication to the community through her career and service events has landed coverage in print and broadcast outlets around the United States. A recent event gained the attention of DianeSawyer’s production team who interviewed Kim in November 2018 about the career fair process after learning about a career fair she hosted in Washington, D.C.

    Kim has expanded her brand to Radio. Her career related talk show, Career Corner, airs every Sunday on FUBU Radio, launched in 2015 by Keith Perrin Jr, founder of FUBU and DemetriusL. Brown. FUBU Radio’s mission is to entertain and empower our audience with music and life- changing content.

    Kim is a member of several organizations including NCWorks-Guilford County Partners Board, Kaitlyn-Carter Electronic Scholarship and volunteers for several local non-profits.

    Kim knows what truly drives conversations, sold-out events and is dedicated to helping you organize your thoughts. It is how well you personally and professionally connect with the people you are trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.
