Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
• Employees and immediate family members of Fubu Radio Inc. are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter

1. Listen to Fubu Radio Inc.: Keep your ears tuned in to our station for contest announcements.
2. Follow Instructions: Each contest will have specific entry instructions, such as calling in at a specific time or submitting an online form.
3. Multiple Entries: Unless stated otherwise, participants may only enter a contest once.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly or based on specified criteria, depending on the contest.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be notified via phone or email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

Prizes

• Prizes may vary from contest to contest.
• All prizes must be collected within 30 days of winning.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize Limitations for Previous Winners:

At Fubu Radio Inc., winners are eligible to claim a prize only once within a 30-day period. Additionally, if a participant has been awarded a prize valued at more than $600, they must wait a full year (12 months) before becoming eligible for another win. This restriction extends to anyone who has won a contest with Fubu Radio Inc. in the last 30 days or has received prizes valued at over $600 in the past 12 months. For the sake of clarity, these limitations are specific to Fubu Radio Inc. and do not apply to other radio stations that may have separate contest rules and prize-winning restrictions.

Disqualification

Fubu Radio Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:

• Providing false information.
• Failing to comply with the rules.
• Engaging in any unlawful or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Limitations of Liability

Fubu Radio Inc. is not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind.
• Lost or unavailable network connections.
• Disqualified or incomplete entries.
