Dylan Dili is an open-format DJ, Selector, 2x Platinum Recording Artist, CEO of Top5 Ent, and owner of Top5 Brew.

His passion and first love is DJing. He began his DJ career as a "box boy," lifting crates of records and speaker boxes for the local sound system, Genesis Sound, in the East Flatbush community of Brooklyn, NY. At 14, Dylan played his first party on the island of Grenada, where he also attended school for a time. After returning to New York, he formed his own DJ sound system with his best friend, Jason Nedd. The two performed at local backyard and basement parties from Long Island to Brooklyn.

Dylan’s career progressed when he was recruited by Junior Bourne, the head of radio at VP Records, a major force in the reggae community. Together, they hosted and played at VP Records' Gold parties, with Dylan opening for icons like Bobby Konders and Massive B in 2000 and 2001. His talent for mixing hip-hop and Caribbean music, combined with his wordplay, set him apart as a unique performer.

In 2002, Dylan auditioned for Making The Band and became a member of Da Band, under the leadership of P. Diddy. This marked the first all-Black reality TV show, which aired for three seasons on MTV. The group achieved significant success, reaching #2 on Billboard and going 2x Platinum. Dylan became a staple in American pop culture, further solidified by his memorable portrayal in a skit by Dave Chappelle.

After the show, Dylan released several mixtapes and managed a recording studio called "1Stop Media." Years later, he returned to his first love—DJing. In 2018, after releasing his solo album Pain 2 Power, which was considered for a Grammy in the Urban Contemporary category, Dylan rejoined Diddy as one of the Ciroc Boyz DJs. He became the first international Ciroc DJ, bringing the brand to the Caribbean and guest hosting on numerous independent radio stations in London, the Caribbean, and the United States. His love for radio and sharing music from around the world continued to grow.

Now, Dylan hosts the "Top5 Show" exclusively on Fubu Radio. This Caribbean-based show features the "Top 5 Independent Artists of the Week," highlighting new artists across various genres. While his foundation is reggae, dancehall, and soca, Dylan surprises listeners by mixing in true hip-hop, drill, Latin, Afrobeat, Amapiano, and more on special nights.
